Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
The bar will be open before, during the interval and after the performances at The Forum Theatre. For many events there will also be seated areas you can enjoy refreshments from before our shows and in the interval. To minimise any need for queuing you can pre order your interval drinks via our app, which you can download and use on any smartphone.
Ice Creams will also be available for most events and these are normally served from the front of the auditorium.
We accept both cash and card payments at The Forum Theatre
The majority of tickets for Forum events will be e-ticket or print-at-home ticket. This will allow you to minimise the amount of time you may have to queue, and reduce contact with the front of house team. We will not be collecting tickets from you, we will just be checking them for correct performance details and seating information.
The best way to contact us is via email. Send your question to boxoffice@theforumtheatre.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
We recommend that you take the option of “Ticket Protection” when purchasing your ticket with us which will provide you with the option of a refund if you are unable to attend the performance under certain circumstances. Please make sure you read the terms and conditions of the policy carefully to ensure it meets with your needs. IF you do not have refund protection, promoters may, at their discretion, offer ticket exchanges or refunds for Forum Theatre Events and you would need to speak with them directly.
