Bar & Front of House Staff
NK Theatre Arts are looking to increase their pool of casual staff to cover the Bar and Front of House duties for events taking place at The Forum Theatre in Romiley
The Forum Theatre is a 500-capacity versatile venue which hosts a wide range of events throughout the year. Events can include traditional theatre performances such as major musicals to small scale intimate dramas.

The theatre also hosts tribute bands, pantomimes and even welcomes some household names for intimate evenings with the likes of Sir Ian McKellen, Lulu, Francis Rossi, Dom Joly and Shaun Ryder.

With a busy schedule throughout autumn and winter, primarily evenings and weekends, we are looking to hear from people who may be interested in joining the team.

Duties will include serving behind the bar, (so minimum age of 18) welcoming guests, checking tickets, selling ice creams and sundries as well as ensuring the venue is appropriately prepared and cleaned prior to and after events. Crucially, staff also are responsible for looking after our audience during performances as we constantly look to enhance the theatre experience for our visitors.

Some previous hospitality experience would be an advantage, but not essential as all appropriate training will be given. This would be a perfect second income for anyone who is outgoing, friendly, professional and ideally enjoys a theatre environment.
